Project Overview
This project documents the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a custom ERP and CRM platform for Rishan Engineering Company (REC), a leading Generator Manufacturing company and Tata OEM partner operating at an enterprise scale.With an annual turnover exceeding ₹200 Crore and multiple manufacturing facilities, Rishan Engineering required a robust, scalable, and future-ready digital system to manage complex operations spanning sales, manufacturing, inventory, HR, finance, and customer support.
